Spaghetti Carbonara

  • 200g Spaghetti
  • 100g Pancetta
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50g Parmesan
  • Black Pepper

Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Fry pancetta until crispy. Whisk eggs and Parmesan together. Drain pasta, mix with pancetta, then off heat, stir in egg mixture. Season with pepper and serve.

Chicken Curry

  • 400g Chicken Breast
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Curry Powder
  • 200ml Coconut Milk

Chop onion and garlic, sauté until soft. Cube chicken, add to pan, and cook until browned. Stir in curry powder, then pour in coconut milk. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with rice.

Chocolate Cake

  • 150g Flour
  • 200g Sugar
  • 50g Cocoa
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100ml Milk

Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix flour, sugar, and cocoa. Beat eggs with milk, combine with dry ingredients. Pour into a greased tin, bake for 25 minutes. Cool and serve.

Vegetable Stir-Fry

  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1 Carrot
  • 100g Broccoli
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Slice vegetables thinly. Heat oil in a pan, add veggies, and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, cook for 2 more minutes. Serve hot with noodles or rice.

Lemon Garlic Salmon

  • 2 Salmon Filets
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt

Preheat oven to 200°C. Place salmon on a tray. Squeeze lemon juice, mince garlic, mix with oil, and spread over fillets. Season with salt. Bake for 15 minutes.

Banana Bread

  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 200g Flour
  • 100g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 50g Butter

Mash bananas. Mix with melted butter, sugar, and egg. Stir in flour. Pour into a loaf tin, bake at 175°C for 50 minutes. Cool and slice.
